Tutorial Registration Cancellation & Refund date (the last day to register for tutorial sessions -
Registration after this is subject to availability.) Participants request for refunds must be received by this
date in writing. Refunds are subject to a 60.00 Euro ($100.00 USD)
administration fee. Participants who fail to attend and do not notify the
conference secretary prior to refund date will be charged full fee.
Participant substitutions are allowed at any time with written notification. |
