Paper Submission
	For this conference in general or under a specific symposium, it is possible to present full paper, short paper, poster presentation and display or video-paper. These submissions may include Research, Review and Application but are not limited to these only. With any submission, you agree to pay registration fee (or reduced registration fee if your registration form is received on or before the early registration date) and Accepted Poster & Workshop paper must be presented by at least one of the authors. Conference has policy of one submission per delegate only. Accepted papers will be published in The Proceedings with ISBN and selected full papers will be published by The Conference Publishing Services (CPS). With paper submission, you agree to pay registration fee (or reduced registration fee if your registration form is received on or before the early registration date) and published papers must be presented by at least one of the authors. Reviewing is applied for all the materials submitted. Electronic submission is encouraged and pdf format is most appropriate, Otherwise, four printed copies of full papers are expected that will be reviewed by the members of the reviewing committee. The final manuscripts for full papers are expected to be not more than 6 pages - up to 4 excess pages may be purchased and is set by publisher at 40 USD per page.
