The promotional opportunities are invited in terms of:
- Inclusion
of publicity literature for the delegate packs.
- Promotional
insert in the delegate pack costs 200 EURO. Deadline for all the
materials is at 5:00 PM on 15/July/2009.
- Promotional
conference stands to display published material. Publisher stand to display
is available at (1.5mx2m) costs 400 EURO for 3 days. This price covers
inclusion of publicity literature in the delegates' pack. Deadline for
all the materials is at 5:00 PM on 15/July/2008 (or you could bring the
material for set-up yourself directly.
- Inclusion
of advertisement in the conference literature (E.g. The Book of
Abstracts)
In addition to the
publication of Proceedings by IEEE, we publish The Book of Abstract - This
include programme guide including abstracts of
accepted papers and the proceedings from Digital Art
Gallery - advertisement
in this book is possible. One page colour advert
costs 500 EURO. Deadline: To insert advert in The Book of Abstract is at 5:00
PM on 1/July/2009.
- To
place your logo on the cover of delegate pack at cost of 400 GBP.
Deadline: To include your logo on the cover of delegate pack is 5:00 PM
on 15/July/2009.
- To
place your logo on the name-tags for delegates at cost of 1000 EURO.
Deadline: To include your logo on the name-tags for delegates is 5:00 PM
on 15/July/2009.
- Publishers
Focus Group - An opportunity to meet invited delegates that are
interested in the education and publication of Computer Graphics and Visualisation and discuss the trend in the future
publication in the field and meet potential writers. Deadline: To
register your interest is 5:00 PM on 25/July/2008.
- Industries
and Research Focus Group - An opportunity to meet invited delegates that
are interested in the research and development of Computer Graphics and Visualisation and discuss the trend in the future
Information Visualisation and related products
in the field and meet potential contributors. Deadline: To register your
interest is 5:00 PM on 25/August/2008.
- Vendor
demonstration/product video session - An opportunity to promote products
in the way of demonstration or video presentation session for 1 hour
session is at cost of 500 EURO. Deadline: To book your demonstration of
video session is 5:00 PM on 25/July/2008.
- Other
forms of promotion proposal will be considered.
- Please also note that we expected approx. 200+
delegates from some 20 countries with over 120 presentations
