2. Early registration discount - Forms must be postmarked and full payment included on or before 30th May 2008 in order to be eligible for early registration discount.

3. Registration Forms submitted to the conference office after 21^st August 2008 cannot be processed in time for the conference. If your form is received after 21^st July 2008, you will be asked to repay registration fee at the conference and your original payment will be refunded.

4. Participants' request for refunds must be received by 14 July 2008. Refunds are subject to a 60 EURO administration fee. Participants or presenters who fail to attend and do not notify the conference secretary prior to refund date will be charged the full fee.

5. Participant substitutions are allowed at any time with written notification.
