Multimedia Show Case |

An opportunity to exhibit current works relating to
the development and usage of multimedia objects within applications.
Naturally, entries to the Multimedia Showcase need to be oriented towards
providing a practical demonstration of the work, together with some
explanatory notes (not exceeding two A4 pages). Presentations with a
technical emphasis and which are deemed suitable could be published in the
proceedings under the Multimedia symposium. The programme committee will review all
entries and selected entries would be presented in a special symposium. The
list below gives a flavour of
the areas envisaged (but not restricted to): Techniques and Development of Multimedia Objects · Design of Sound,
Graphics, Animation, and Video · Use of Multimedia for Business, Education,
Science, etc ·
Distribution of Multimedia Objects · Multimedia Graphical User Interfaces · Multimedia Kiosk
Technology Conditions of Entry: Entries must contain a
reasonable proportion of computer generated materials to facilitate a
demonstration. All entrants are responsible for their own custom fees if
incurred. It is the sole
responsibility of the entrant to secure any permission and/or licences (if
any). A course tutor must confirm student entries from his or her
university. The show
organisers cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to
a submission. With the
