1. Early registration discount - Forms must be postmarked and full payment included on or before 30^th April 2008 in order to be eligible for early registration discount.

2. If you are a presenter and submitting you camera ready paper for publication, you will be liable for registration fee and subject to full or reduced (if payment is received before 30^th April 2008) registration fee - You need to submit registration form as well.

3. Registration Forms submitted to the conference office after 1 July 2008 cannot be processed in time for the conference. If your form is received after 1 July 2008, you will be asked to repay registration fee at the conference and your original payment will be refunded.

4. Participants' request for refunds must be received by 14 days before the date of conference. Refunds are subject to a £50.00 administration fee. Participants or presenters who fail to attend and do not notify the conference secretary prior to refund date will be charged the full fee.

5. Participant substitutions are allowed at any time with written notification.

6. The conference registration fee includes admission to all academic and industrial sessions; one copy of the conference Proceedings; Unlimited admission to the exhibitions; lunches and refreshments during conference breaks. Social event organised by the Conference is subsidized for the participants and their guests.

7. Courses/Tutorial registration only includes the course material but not the Conference Proceedings nor attendance to conference sessions, nor the social event.
