Poster & Workshop paper SUBMISSION |
|

For this conference in general or under a
specific symposium, it is possible to present full paper, short paper,
poster/workshop presentation and display or video-paper. These submissions
may include Research, Review and Application but are not limited to these
only. With any submission, you agree to pay
registration fee (or reduced registration fee if your registration form is
received on or before the early registration date) and Accepted Poster &
Workshop paper must be presented by at least one of the authors. Conference has policy of one submission per
delegate only. Display paper poster
submission will be exhibited on display board and author expected to help
with this process and be available during certain period at the foyer to
answer delegates' question if any. Display poster presentation is possible in
the conference session if needed. It should not exceed eight pages. Abstracts
of poster submission abstract will be published in THE BOOK OF ABSTRACT.
Deadline for submission 30th April 2007. Dimension: We can organize a series of pin boards.
Each inboard allows to pin up two posters in the format DIN A0 (I think it is
around 1168x841 mm) landscape on top of each other. If a person needs a
portrait format this is also possible. Then you can even use a bigger format
than A0. However, then one can only pin up one poster per wall. Online Display poster submission
- It is possible to have online poster presentation either in the lecture
room or at the exhibition room. Set up of Online poster exhibition is the
responsibility of the contributor. Online poster presentation is possible in
the conference session if needed. Abstracts of poster submission abstract
will be published in THE BOOK OF ABSTRACT. Deadline for submission 30thApril
2007. Workshop paper will
be presented in normal sessions but will not be published in the official
proceedings but its abstract will be published in THE BOOK OF ABSTRACT.
Deadline for submission 1st April 2007. Reviewing is applied for all the materials submitted.
Electronic submission is encouraged and pdf format is most appropriate,
Otherwise, four printed copies of full papers are expected for reviewing
