PAPERS SUBMISSION |

For this conference
in general or under a specific symposium, it is possible to present full
paper, short paper, poster presentation
and display or video-paper. These submissions
may include Research, Review and Application but are not limited to these
only. Accepted papers will
be published in The Proceedings. IV07 Proceeding will be published by IEEE
Computer Science Society. With the camera ready paper submission for
publication, you agree to pay registration fee (or
reduced registration fee if your registration form is received on or before
the early registration date) and published papers must be presented by at
least one of the authors. Reviewing is applied
for all the materials submitted. Electronic submission is encouraged and pdf format is most appropriate, otherwise, four printed
copies of full papers are expected that will be reviewed by the members of
the reviewing committee. The final manuscripts for full papers are expected
to be not more than 6 pages - up to 4 excess pages may be purchased and is
set by publisher at 25 GBP per page. To Judge the length of your paper, the
following instruction has been used in the past and expect to be the same or
similar this year too. Paper Format PLEASE NOTE THE FINAL
CAMERA READY MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT ONLY. PAPER SUBMISSIONS
ARE ACCEPTED BUT IT IS SUBJECT TO SCANNING COST OF $15 USD PER PAGE - THIS IS
SET BY PUBLISHER- Submission
Procedure: 1. Register as a new user with the Conference Online System
{your contact details and a user name and password} 2. Follow the instruction to submit and upload your PDF to
the online submission system. PLEASE NOTE: Once your paper is accepted. You will receive Author kit that will include details of how to submit camera ready - paper format - copyright form from IEEE Computer Science Society. |
